Power Coated Pallets
Electrostatic painted pallets are metal pallets treated with electrostatic paint technology. The paint layer prevents rust and ensures the pallet can carry heavy loads with high efficiency. These pallets are durable for outdoor and warehouse use.
To achieve the best paint quality, iron pallets undergo a strict surface treatment process using chemical baths. Here, the solution in the baths removes impurities, rust, and oil residues from the surface. In terms of load capacity, electrostatic painted pallets meet.
The needs of warehouses with a load capacity of 1500kg for common models. Specifically, the stackable electrostatic painted pallets can carry 2 - 3 times more load. However, in terms of durability, the galvanized option is more ideal than electrostatic painting.
