Operation of Mould Racking

When opening, you need to push the safety latch down and pull out the storage layer by hand. After reaching a certain point, the safety latch automatically locks to prevent the tray from sliding out of the system. This is a smart design for this type of rack.

For medium and light goods, you can use your hands or a pallet jack to easily and quickly load and unload goods onto the mold storage tray.
For heavy molds, you need the assistance of a crane. You need to maneuver the crane to the position of the mold you need to pick up and securely hook the mold to lift it to the desired storage tray.
