The "Mechanical Engineering Robot Contest" (abbreviated as MERC) is an annual robot innovation competition organized by the Academic Innovation Club of the Mechanical Engineering Department at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology. This platform is both a creative and useful playground for students, who can fully engage in building automated robots. It's an opportunity to learn through play and receive well-deserved rewards for their efforts. Therefore, despite going through three seasons, the contest's excitement continues to attract participants, who are students from various universities.

• Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology – Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City
• Address: Tan Lap Neighborhood, Dong Hoa Ward, Di An City, Binh Duong Province

After many exciting yet intense rounds, the competitors have excelled, surpassing hundreds of other contestants to reach the finals and win many attractive prizes. The performances were incredibly engaging, and the surprising outcomes enlivened the auditorium amidst the hot summer days.
